What we do?
KPS Manufacturing are experts in the design, construction and manufacture of scale models, bespoke projects and corporate gifts.
Our 3D CAD design phase starts with research using drawings and photographs to develop and produce 3Dprinted tooling, which is then used to produce moulds suitable for centrifugal castings replicating the printed parts in white metal alloys or pewter in fine detail . The design process can also be used to create brass, nickel and stainless steel etched components. all of these can then be hand assembled, painted and packed in house by our expert and qualified staff.
